Professional, Committed and Knows the Law
I have been working with Michael Wrona for more than 2 years for various legal issues including a: House-Closing Tenant Eviction Neighbor Dispute over the Property Line Throughout these years, Mr. Wrona has been an integral guide with my legal challenges helping me maintain my peace of mind! I closed on my first house at the end of 2013. The house closing was scheduled for Christmas week and could have been delayed. This would have cost me money. Mr. Wrona coordinated to ensure all of the parties involved in the closing showed up on to the courthouse on Friday December 20th to close on the house. The house-closing was seamless because of his experience and effort. In the Summer of 2014, my tenant began causing me grief. My Tenant gave me extensive trouble when conflict arose due to her negotiation of loopholes in the lease. (I had given her flexibility with the language when she was moving in). The details of this are too many to list but suffice it to say, I had chosen the wrong tenant. Regardless Mr. Wrona effectively liaised between my tenant/her legal counsel to help resolve the conflict. Instead of the eviction we were prepared to go to court for, Mr. Wrona was able to negotiate a deal to get her out of my property sooner and avoid the additional stress and financial strain an eviction would have given me. He saved me money and time when negotiating with a volatile personality. On top of that difficulty, my neighbor has been trespassing on my property since I took ownership. She has refused to adhere to the law in all forms – police officers, legal documents, city council. With Mr. Wrona’s legal counsel we have managed to get her behavior in check (for now) without going to court. This is no small task! These years have presented me with challenging and emotionally taxing times as a first-time home-buyer and greenhorn to legal disputes. This time could have been loaded with confusion and chaos without the direction of Mr. Wrona. He has undoubtedly led the path through some of the most stressful times of my life. He has been integral and foundational in ensuring the issues were managed correctly when they could have been exacerbated. With every new twist and turn that I’ve been dealt, I’ve felt confident that Michael Wrona: Knows the law Shows Patience and Perseverance with ongoing long-term issues Has Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills Is Connected to the Legal Network of Western NY Is Committed to his Client I have referred Mr. Wrona to friends of mine who have been equally happy to work with him. I will undoubtedly continue to work with him for future legal issues should they arise and refer him to friends in need.
